     Title: LAYERED PEPPERMINT CHILL

     Yield: 9 Servings

    12    Marshmallows
   1/2 c  Chopped nuts
   1/2 c  Crushed peppermint canes
     2 c  Heavy cream; whipped
     1 c  Graham cracker crumbs

 Recipe by: Jo Merrill
   Cut each marshmallow into 6 or 8 pieces.  Fold nuts, crushed candy canes
 and marshmallows into the whipped cream.
   Butter an 8-inch square pan.  Line bottom and sides with half the graham
 cracker crumbs. Spoon cream mixture into pan then sprinkle the remaining
 crumbs on top. Chill for 24 hours. Serves 9. Jo Merrill
