     Title: MOM'S WHITE CHOCOLATE CANDY

     Yield: 40 Servings

 1 1/4 lb Vanilla candy coating; cut u
          --or confectioner's coating
          --or almond bark
 1 1/2 c  Miniature marshmallows
          --use red and green for the
 1 1/2 c  Peanut butter cereal
 1 1/2 c  Crispy rice cereal
 1 1/2 c  Mixed nuts

      In a casserole dish or saucepan, heat the candy coating in a 200
 degree oven for about 25 minutes, or until melted, stirring occasionally.
 Meanwhile, place the marshmallows, cereals and nuts in a large bowl. Pour
 the melted candy coating over the mixture, stirring to coat. Drop the
 mixture by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Let

 Note:  You can also pat the mixture into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking
 pan.  Let it stand until set; cut into squares.
