     Title: MOLLY'S FAT-FREE MARSHMALLOW TREATS
Categories: Candies, Snacks, Low-fat
     Yield: 24 Servings

    10 oz Marshmallows
     4 c  Crispy rice cereal
     3 tb Molly McButter Sprinkles
     1 c  Raisins (optional)

 Pre-measure the ingredients.

 Melt marshmallows over low heat or microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes
 until smooth.

 Remove from heat.  Add Molly McButter Sprinkles.  Mix well.

 Add cereal, stir in quickly until well coated.

 Press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan coated with cooking spray.
 Cool.  Cut into squares.

 Cheran's Notes:  The marshmallows puff up IMENSLEY in the microwave, so use
 a container about 6 times their volume. The mixture cools VERY fast after
 mixing, so work quickly. Cut into squares while still somewhat warm; it is
 almost impossible to cut once it cools. "All in all, it's worth it. It
 tastes like th real thing, just a bit chewier. Next time, I will probably
 try it with marshmallow cremem to see if it makes it a little softer -- and
 work really, really really fast.
