     Title: CARAMEL-FUDGE CANDY

          DAVID DAY   (HGSK65A)
     2 c  Evaporated milk
     2 c  Sugar
          Walnut meats

    Caramelize 1 cup of sugar in frying pan until it forms a smooth liquid.
 Add 1 cup evaporated milk.
  This will form a large lump.  Stir constantly until the lump is dissolved.
 Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar; continue stirring. When mixture begins to
 leave edge of pan and loses its glossy shine, it is done. Add nuts and
 remove from heat.  Pour onto buttered platter to cool.

 handed down to Kay from her grandmother, Blodwyn Thorpe. Recipe attributed
