1 1/4 lb Vanilla-flavored candy
Coating
2 c Crispy rice cereal
1 c Peanuts; chopped
1 c Coconut; flaked
1 c Peanut butter morsels
1 ts Vanilla extract
Melt candy coating in a large heavy saucepan over low
heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in
cereal and remaining ingredients. Stir gently until
morsels are partially melted. Spoon mixture into a
greased 9-inch square pan. Let cool completely; cut
into squares. Yield: 3 dozen.
