     Yield: 1 servings

     1 lb Chocolate candy coating
     1 c  Spanish peanuts
     2 tb Shortening
     2 c  Mini marshmallows

 Place chocolate candy coating in a single layer in a large casserole dish
 with shortening.  Microwave on medium (50%) for 3 to 5 minutes or until
 pieces are soft stirring after 3 minutes.  Stir in peanuts then
 marshmallows using as few strokes as possible. Spread on waxpaper that has
 been placed on a cookie sheet.  Spread to almost a 9 inch square.  Allow
 to cool until firm then cut into 1 inch squares.  Store in air-tight
 containers.
