1 c Brownie crumbs
1/4 c Heavy cream
3 oz Sugar-free chocolate
Combine brownie bits and cream in a glass bowl. Microwave for 30
seconds and then mix until completely smooth. It does help to warm
them up for the mixing. If you don't have a microwave you can just
leave them on the counter for awhile to come up to room temperature.
Cover a cookie sheet with waxed or parchment paper. Scoop into balls
using a cookie scoop and put on the prepared baking sheet. Roll in
your hands to make smooth balls (you will get a bit messy). Chill in
the refrigerator or freezer until cold.
Melt the bar of chocolate in the microwave or on a double boiler. Dip
each ball into the chocolate and put on a clean piece of wax paper.
Put them in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard.
