     Title: Quick RICH Chocolate fudge

     Yield: 4 1/2 lbs

          [email protected]
     2 c  12 oz package Mini chocolate
          Chips
     7 oz Hersheys chocolate bar
          Broken in pieces
 1 2/3 c  (13 ounce can) evaporated
          Milk
     4 c  Sugar
     1 ts Vanilla
 1 2/3 c  (7oz jar) Marshmallow creme
     1 tb Butter or margarine
 1 2/3 c  Chopped pecans or walnuts

 Combine chips, and hershey bar in a large bowl. Set
 aside.

 Combine evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, sugar and
 butter in a heavy 4 qt saucepan.

 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
 mixture comes to a full rolling boil (even bubbles all
 over the top). Boil and stir for 8 minutes.

 Remove from heat, immediately add to chocolate in
 mixing bowl, beating until completely melted. Blend in
 vanilla and nuts.  Pour mixture into a buttered 9 inch
 square or 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Cool.
