Ribbon Fantasy Fudge

3     c  Granulated sugar; divided
 3/4 c  Margarine; divided
 2/3 c  Evaporated milk; divided
6     oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
7     oz Marshmallow cream; divided
1     ts Vanilla; divided
 1/2 c  Peanut butter

Combine 1-1/2 c sugar, 6 tb margarine, and 1/3 c evaporated milk.
Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling 3-4 minutes, stirring over
medium-high heat. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until
melted. Stir in 1 cup marshmallow cream and 1/2 ts vanilla. Beat
until blended. Pour into a greased 13x9" pan. Repeat with remaining
ingredients, substituting the peanut butter for chocolate chips. Pour
over chocolate layer. Cover and chill until firm.
