     Title: WHILE CHOCOLATE LAYERED FUDGE

     2 pk (8 square ea) Baker's Semi-
          - sweet chocolate
     1 cn (14 oz) sweetened condensed
          - milk
     2 ts Vanilla
 1 1/2 c  Walnuts; chopped
     6    Squares Baker's Premium
          - White Chocolate
   1/2 c  Sweetened condensed milk

 Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3
 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through
 heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

 Stir in vanilla and walnuts.  Before refrigerating fudge, melt 6 squares
 Bakers's Premium White Chocolate as directed on package. Stir in 1/2 cup
 sweetened condensed milk. Spread in foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
 Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 4 dozen.
