     Title: MICROWAVE ROCKY ROAD FUDGE

     Yield: 1 Servings

 4 1/2 c  Confectioner's sugar
   1/2 c  Butter or margarine
   1/3 c  Cocoa
   1/4 c  Milk
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/2 c  Pecans; chopped
   1/2 c  Miniature marshmallows
     1 ts Vanilla extract

 Recipe by: Sue Klapper In a large microwave safe bowl, combine
 confectioners sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and salt. Microwave on high power
 2 to 2 - 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Add pecans, marshmallows
 and vanilla; stir until well blended. Pour into an 8 inch square pan lined
 with greased aluminum foil. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Cut
 into 1 inch squares and store in an airtight container. Yield: about 1 -
