     3 c  Sugar
   2/3 c  Cocoa powder
   1/8 ts Salt
 1 1/2 c  Milk
   1/4 c  Butter
     1 ts Vanilla extract

   Hi! I'd be glad to share my fudge recipe. People usually
 make the soft kind of fudge, but I prefer the hard, candy
 type of fudge.
    Butter an 8" or 9" square pan & set aside. In heavy 4 qt
 saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa & salt. Stir in milk. Cook
 over medium, stirring CONSTANTLY, until mixture comes to
 full rolling boil. Boil, stirring OCCASIONALLY, until syrup
 forms a soft ball when dropped into very cold water. Remove
 from heat. Add vanilla & butter and stir until mixture
 thickens and loses some of its gloss. Pour into prepared
 pan. Cool and cut into squares.  It will melt in your
 mouth. Word of warning--be sure to cook as described or it
