MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Uncle Arthur's Chantilly Fudge

     Yield: 12 servings

     2 c  Sugar
   3/4 c  Heavy cream
     1 c  Milk
     2 tb Karo Light corn syrup
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 ts Vanilla
     1 c  Walnuts

 In a heavy saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients, and mix together.

 Cook on medium heat to 239 F/115 C using a candy thermometer.

 Take off stove, and add vanilla.

 Beat with wooden spoon until creamy and shiny.

 Add nuts, and stir well.

 Spread into a buttered 11x7" pan.

 Once cool, cut into squares.

 Store in a cookie tin or plastic container, and refrigerate, if you
 want to.

 NOTE: Cooking time is approximate. Use a candy thermometer.
