10 oz Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 T Cornstarch
1 T Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients together in saucepan. Stir well. Heat and
stir over medium heat until boiling. Simmer gently for about 5
minutes until berries release their juices. Serve warm or cold.
