1/2 c Applesauce; unsweetened
1/2 c Nonfat yogurt
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Apple pie spice
2 ts Sugar
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Serve right away or chill for later serving. This was
altered to lofat from the original recipe. Also to
reduce the calories you can use a sugar substitute to
equal the sugar.
