MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Walnut Walkaways

     Yield: 1 Batch

MMMMM---------------------------PASTRY--------------------------------
     1 pk Dry yeast
   1/4 c  Water; warm
     2 c  Flour
   1/8 ts Salt
   3/4 c  Butter
     1    Egg; beaten

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
     3 oz Cream cheese
   1/3 c  Sugar
   1/2 c  Nuts; chopped
     1 ts Orange zest; grated
     1 ts Lemon zest; grated

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
          Powdered sugar

 Dissolve yeast into warm water.

 Cut butter into flour. Add beaten egg and yeast mixture. Mix until
 blended.

 Roll out half of dough into 13x9" rectangle.

 Beat filling ingredients until fluffy. Spread half on dough. Roll up
 like jelly roll. Place seam side down on lightly greased cookie
 sheet. Repeat with other half of dough. Cut each roll half-way
 through lengthwise. Bake at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with
 powdered sugar after cool.
