MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sour Cream Peach Kuchen

     Yield: 12 servings

     3 c  A-P flour
 1 1/4 c  Sugar; divided
   1/2 ts Baking powder
   1/4 ts Salt
     1 c  Butter; cold, in cubes
    28 oz Sliced peaches (2 cans);
          - drained -OR-
    13 sm Peaches; peeled, pitted,
          - sliced
     1 ts Ground cinnamon

     4 lg Egg yolks
     2 c  Sour cream
     3 tb Sugar
   1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

 In a large bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and
 salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press onto
 bottom and 1" up sides of a greased 13x9" baking dish.

 Arrange peaches over crust. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar;
 sprinkle over peaches. Bake @ 400 F/205 C for 15 minutes.

 Meanwhile, for topping, in a small bowl, combine egg yolks, and sour
 cream. Spread evenly over peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon;
 sprinkle over top.

 Bake 30-35 minutes longer or until set. Serve warm or cold. Store
 leftovers in the refrigerator.
