Yield: 6 Servings
Unbaked 9" pie shell
3 tb Sugar
7 lg Apples
2 1/2 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
1/4 c Cold water
Cinnamon
Mix flour and 3T sugar in the bottom of pie shell. Fill with apple halves
and pieces until full (about 7 LARGE apples). Sprinkle with remaining sugar
and cinnamon. Dot with butter, pour in water.
Bake 375 degrees for an hour.
