     Title: Yogurt Cream Cheese Pie

     Yield: 1 Pie

MMMMM-----------------------CRUST-TOPPING----------------------------
     2 c  Graham crackers; mashed
   1/4 c  Butter; melted; with:
     2 tb Honey
   1/4 ts Cinnamon
     1 ds Nutmeg
   1/2 c  Nuts; toasted & very finely
          -chopped; (optional) -OR-
     2 tb Toasted sesame seeds;
          -(optional)

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
     8 oz Cream cheese; softened
   1/2 c  Firm yogurt
   1/4 c  Honey
 1 1/2 ts Pure vanilla
   1/2    Lemon; grated zest of -OR-
     1    Lime; grated zest of -OR-
   1/3    Orange; grated zest of

 Press crust mixture firmly into sides and bottom of an 8" pie pan.
 Reserve extra crumbs for topping.

 Beat filling ingredients with an electric mixer until well-blended.
 Spread into shel, top with crumbs of the crust/topping mixture.

 Chill at least 3 hours.
