MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Kentucky Pecan Pie

     Yield: 6 servings

     3 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
     1 c  Light corn syrup
   1/2 c  (packed) brown sugar
     2 tb A-P flour
   1/2 ts Vanilla extract
   1/4 ts Salt
     1 c  Chopped pecans
     1 c  Semisweet chocolate chips
     2 tb Butter; melted
     1    Pie shell (9"); unbaked

 In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, corn syrup, brown
 sugar, flour, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans,
 chocolate chips and butter. Pour into crust. Cover edge
 with foil.

 Bake @ 350 F/175 C for 25 minutes. Remove foil; bake
 15-20 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the
 center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate
 leftovers.
