     Title: Mini Pumpkin Pie Cups (Cinderella)

     Yield: 30 servings

     2    (1.9 oz ea) box frozen mini
          - phyllo shells
 3 1/2 oz Box instant vanilla pudding
          - and pie filling mix
     1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
 1 1/2 c  Milk
     1 c  Canned pure pumpkin
          Whipped topping; garnish

 Heat phyllo shells according to package directions; let
 cool completely.

 Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine pudding mix,
 pumpkin pie spice, and milk; whisk 1 minute or until
 slightly thickened. Add pure pumpkin and whisk until
 smooth.

 Spoon mixture evenly into phyllo shells and dollop with
 whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until
 ready to serve.
