     Title: Chess Pie

     Yield: 8 Servings

 1 1/2 c  Sugar
   1/2 c  Butter
     1 tb Plain corn meal
     3 lg Eggs
     1 ts Vanilla
     1 ts Vinegar
     5 tb Light cream
     1    Unbaked pie shell (9")

 Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs together well and add remaining
 ingredients. Fold egg mixture into butter/sugar mixture. Pour into
 pie shell. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes and then lower the heat to
 325 F and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until set.
