1 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1/3 c Butter
8 tb Milk
2 Egg yolks
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped dates
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Separate yokes from whites in a little bowl, beat egg whites until
stiff mix all other ingredients, including yolks, until well blended.
Fold egg whites in last. Put into an uncooked pie crust bake about 40
minutes in a slow oven 325 F.
