1 1/3 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
5 tb Butter-flavored Crisco
3 tb Nonfat cream cheese
4 tb Lowfat buttermilk
Process first 4 ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle 3 tb buttermilk over (more if needed) and process until
dough ball is formed. Roll out and line pie plate as normal.
