     Title: Peach Pie

     Yield: 8 servings

     1 c  sugar
     2 tb cornstarch
     1 c  whipping cream; unwhipped
       pn salt
     1    pie shell; unbaked
     5 c  peaches

 Fill pie shell with peaches. Pour sugar overtop. Mix salt, cornstarch and
 whipping cream. Pour over. Bake at 450o for 15 minutes. Then at 350o for 1/
 2
 - 3/4 hour.
