     Title: Pecan Crunch Apple Pie

     Yield: 1 Servings

     2 c  Chopped cooking apples
   1/2 c  Firmly packed brown sugar
   1/2 c  Granulated sugar
   1/2 c  All-purpose flour
     1    Egg yolk; beaten
   1/2 ts Vanilla extract
   1/2 ts Freshly squeezed lemon juice
   1/2 c  Chopped pecans
     1    Egg white beaten until foamy
     1    9"unbaked pie shell

 Put chopped apples in a large bowl.  Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla,
 lemon juice and pecans; mix well. Add egg white. Stir well and pour mixture
 into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until
 apples are tender and brown. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
