Title: No-Crust Apple Pie

3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c All purpose flour
1 Egg
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1 c Apples; peel/chop
Mix sugar, flour and egg. Add next 5 ingredients; blend well. Stir in
nuts and apples. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 30
minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
