     Title: Zucchini Lemon Pie

     Yield: 1 Pie

     1 c  Zucchini Milk
     1 c  Water
     6 tb Honey
     1 pn Salt
   1/2 c  Lemon juice
     1 tb Butter
     4 tb Corn starch
     1    Lemon; grated zest of
     2    Egg yolks; beaten

MMMMM--------------------------MERINGUE-------------------------------
     1 tb Honey; warmed
     2    Egg whites

 Zucchini Milk:

 Pare a zucchini & liquefy it.

 Zucchini Lemon Pie:

 Heat zucchini milk, water, butter, & honey together; combine salt,
 corn starch, lemon zest; add to lemon juice. Add to zucchini mixture
 & cook, stirring until thick. Add small amount to egg yolks & stir
 well. Add this to remaining zucchini mixture, cook 1 minute, & pour
 into baked pie shell.

 Meringue:

 Add 1 tb warmed honey to 2 egg whites while beating.
