MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: New England Pecan Pie
Categories: Pies
     Yield: 1 Pie

     1 c  Pecans
     2 tb Flour
   1/2 c  Sugar
     3    Eggs
   1/2 c  Butter; softened
     1 ds Salt
     1 c  Maple syrup
     1 ts Vanilla
     1    Unbaked pie shell
          Whipped cream; great gobs

 Mix flour thoroughly with sugar. Beat eggs lightly and add butter,
 salt, sugar mixture, syrup, nuts, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into
 unbaked pie shell. Preheat oven and bake for 10 minutes at 375 F,
 then reduce heat to 350 F and bake 50 minutes longer. Serve piled
 high with whipped cream.
