     Title: Peanut Pie

     3    Eggs; slightly beaten
   2/3 c  Sugar
     1 c  Light corn syrup
 1 1/2 c  Peanuts; chopped
     2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     1    Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

 Preparation Time: 0:05
 Combine eggs, sugar, and corn syrup, mixing well; stir in
 peanuts, butter, and vanilla.  Pour filling into pastry
 shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until filling
 is set. Cool on a wire rack.  Yield:  one 9-inch pie.
