Title: Pumpkin Pie

Yield: 12 Servings
1 Pie crust (9 inch)
1 3/4 c Cooked mashed pumpkin
1/2 ts Salt
1 3/4 c Half and half
4 Egg yolks
2/3 c Packed brown sugar
2 tb Granulated sugar
1 1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Cloves
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake until a
knife inserted about 1 inch from the side comes out clean, about
45-55 minutes. Center will look soft, but will set. Serve slightly
warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
