                            Mississippi Mud

                       Crust:
  2      c             Graham cracker crumbs
    1/4  c             Sugar granulated
    1/2  c             Butter -- softened
                       Filling:
 12      oz            Cool whip
    3/4  c             Sugar
  8      oz            Cream cheese -- softened
  1      sm            Pkg instant chocolate pudding
  1      sm            Pkg instant butterscotch pudding
  3      c             Milk

Thoroughly blend crust ingredients in cuisinart. Press firmly in
bottom of pan. Blend together half of the cool whip, sugar, and cream
cheese. Spread mixture on top of crust. Whip together the puddings
and milk and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with
remaining cool whip.
