1 Pie crust
Filling:
12 1/2 oz Box brownie mix
6 oz Chocolate chips
1 c Pecans -- chopped
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Coffee flavored liqueur
1 Egg
Topping:
1 1/2 c Whipping cream
1 tb Powdered sugar
1 tb Chocolate flavored syrup
1 ts Coffee flavored liqueur
Chocolate churls
Preheat oven to 375 F. Put the pie crust in an 9 or 10" springform
pan; pressing it on the bottom and up the sides. Prick generously
with a fork. In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients. Beat
50 strokes by hand. Pour into crust-lined pan and bake 50 to
55 minutes or until center is set and edges of crust are golden
brown. Cool 1 hour. Remove sides of pan. Cool completely. In large
bowl, beat topping ingredients until stiff peaks form. Spoon or pipe
topping over filling. Garnish with chocolate curls. Store in
refrigerator.
