Title: Chocolate Crinkles

1/2 c Vegetable oil
4 Unsweetened chocolate
; (4 ozs) melted
2 c Granulated sugar
4 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Powdered sugar
Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 12/2/96 Mix oil, chocolate and
granulated sugar. Blend in eggs, 1 at a time, until well-mixed. Add
vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Chill several hours or
overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. Roll
in powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake
10 minutes. Do not overbake.
