MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cranberry Lime Macaroons

     Yield: 24 servings

     2 lg Egg whites
   2/3 c  Sugar
     2 ts Vanilla extract
 1 1/2 ts Lime zest; grated
   1/2 ts Salt
     3 c  Unsweetened, fine shredded
          - coconut
   1/2 c  Dried cranberries; chopped

 In a small bowl, whisk egg whites for 1 minute. Whisk in the sugar,
 vanilla, lime zest, and salt. Stir in coconut and cranberries.

 Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto parchment-lined baking
 sheets. Bake @ 350 F/175 C for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
 Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
