Title: Fat Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

 1 1/4 c  Oats
          Mixture #1  (sift together):
   3/4 c  WW pastry flour; +2 tb
   1/2 ts Baking soda
   1/2 ts Salt (optional)
   1/2 ts Cinnamon
   1/4 ts Nutmeg
          Mixture #2:
   1/4 c  Wonderslim (or prune puree)
     2 tb Light corn syrup
     2 tb Vanilla
   3/4 c  Brown sugar; well packed
   1/4 c  White sugar

 Preheat oven to 350 F.

 Soak 1 cup raisins in water for 10 minutes.

 Toast 1-1/4 cup uncooked oats (quick or old fashion) until barely
 golden, set aside.

 Remove raisins from water, drain and set aside.

 Spray two cookie sheets with a thin film of vegetable oil.

 Beat at high speed, Mixture #2 into Mixture #1. Fold in toasted
 oats, then add raisins.

 Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake for approximately 9
 minutes at 350 F.
