1/2 c Margarine *
1/2 c Granulated sugar *
1 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Peanut butter
2 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
* 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup sugar has been removed from this
recipe.
Cream margarine, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter.
Sift dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture. Roll into balls
(rounded teaspoon). Place on non-stick treated cookie sheet. Press
with back of floured fork to make crisscross. Bake at 350 F about
10 minutes.
