1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter; softened
1/3 c Molasses
2 lg Eggs
2 c Quick-cooking oats
1 2/3 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Raisins
Heat oven to 375 F/190 C.
In large bowl, stir together sugar, butter, molasses and
eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except raisins until
well blended. Stir in raisins.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart
onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes or just until set. Cool 1 minute;
remove from cookie sheets.
