Margarine
1/2 c Sunflower oil
1/3 c Brown sugar
2 tb Sugar
1 Egg white
3/4 ts Vanilla
3 tb Water
2 c Rolled oats
1/3 c White flour
1/3 c Whole-wheat flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon

Preparation Time: 0:15
Preheat oven to 350 f; grease cookie sheet with margarine; cream oil
with sugars; add egg white, vanilla and water, mixing well; add oats,
flours, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, mixing only until blended; DO NOT
OVERMIX or you will lose the texture of the oats; drop batter by
teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
