     Title: Chocolate Hippenmasse

     Yield: 1 servings

 1 1/2 oz Granulated sugar
     1 oz Almond paste
   1/2 oz Bread flour
     2 tb Cocoa powder
   1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
     1    Egg white
     2 ts Heavy cream
     2 ts Skim milk

   Combine sugar, almond paste, flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon in a
 food processor until mixture has grainy consistency. Combine egg
 white with milk and cream. Add them to the mixture in the food
 processor while the machine is still running. Remove the batter and
 allow it to rest one hour. Spread a thin even layer of dough on a
 cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F until dough has a glossy
 look. Remove from oven and cut into desired shape.
