2 c Sugar
1 c Butter; softened
3 Eggs
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Orange extract
3 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Coconut; flaked

Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl, combine sugar, butter, eggs,
baking powder, salt, vanilla and orange extract. Beat at low speed,
scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour and
coconut until well mixed, 2-3 minutes. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2
inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until
edges are lightly browned. Remove immediately.Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
