Title: Egyptian Cookies

Yield: 16 Cookies
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Soft brown sugar
2 tb Milk
1 3/4 c Whole wheat pastry flour
Whole almonds; to decorate
Cream together the butter an sugar, then mix in milk and then flour.
Squash small handfuls into cookie shapes and decorate each one with
an almond in the middle. Bake at 375 F for about 10 minutes until
browned.
