4 c Holiday cookie mix; (see

1 c Raisins
1/4 c Molasses
1 Egg
1 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
3 tb Water
Vanilla butter frosting:
3 c Powdered sugar
1/3 c Butter or margarine;
-softened
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 tb Milk

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cookie mix, raisins, molasses, egg,
ginger, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Stir in water. Drop dough by
teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. bake until almost no indentation
remains when touched, About 9 min. Immediately remove from cookie sheet;
cool. Frost with Frosting. Frosting: Mix sugar, butter, and vanilla. Beat
in about 2 Tablespoon milk until smooth and of spreading consistency.
