     Title: Pecan Meringues

     Yield: 1 servings

     2 c  Pecans; chopped
     1 tb Flour
     1 tb Corn starch
     2 lg Egg whites
     1 pn Salt
     1 c  Light brown sugar; packed

    Chop the nuts medium fine.  Mix the nuts , flour and cornstarch in a
 small bowl.  Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold
 in the flour/nut mixture. Drop by spoonfulls onto parchment paper. Bake in
 preheated 300 oven for about 18-20 minutes.
