 1 1/2 c  Powdered sugar
   1/2 ts Vanilla
     2 tb Water; (2 to 3)
          Miniature marshmallows
          Red sugar
          Currants or semisweet
          -chocolate
          Chips
          Red cinnamon candies
          Shredded coconut
          Popsicle sticks; if desired
