Title: Winston Cookies

Yield: 20 Cookies
1/4 c Shortening 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Brown sugar 1/4 ts Salt
1 Egg yolk 2 tb Diet raspberry spread
1/2 ts Vanilla
Cream shortening and sugar together. Beat in yolk and vanilla. Stir
in flour and salt. Roll dough into 20 balls and place on ungreased
baking sheets.
Dent the top with the end of a table knife. Bake at 350 F for 5
minutes then dent tops again. Continue to bake another 5 min or
until lightly browned. Spoon 1/2 ts raspberry spread in depressions
while still hot.
One serving = 2 cookies 1 Fruit & Veg Choice, 1 Fats & Oils Choice
