1 c Butter
1 c Crunchy peanut butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown sugar -- packed
2 lg Eggs
2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
This recipe was a first place winner for youth category at the Del
Mar county fair, 1993. The two girls won ribbons in several events.
Cream butter and peanut butter together; gradually add both sugars
and cream until well blended. Sift together flour and soda; add to
creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto a
greased baking sheet. Slightly flatten cookie dough with back of
spoon. Bake in preheated 325 F oven for 15 minutes.
