3/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
1/2 Cup Nuts -- Chopped
4 Cups Minature Marshmallows

1 1/3 Cups Chocolate Chips
3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
Combine other ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Spread in greased
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle
marshmallows evenly over cake. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
FOR TOPPING: Combine chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Cook
over low heat until chips are melted and well blended. Remove from
heat, stir in cereal. Spread over bars.
Chill.
