     Title: Lemon Bars

     Yield: 1

    14 oz condensed milk
   1/2 c  lemon juice
 1 1/2 c  all purpose flour
     1 c  oats
     1 c  brown sugar
     1 ts baking powder
   2/3 c  butter

 Preheat oven to 350.  Grease pan.  Combine milk and lemon juice.  In

 mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients.  Mix on low until crumbly.

 Press 1/2 of crumb mixture into pan.  Spread lemon mixture.  Sprinkle with
 remaining crumbs.  Bake 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown.  Chill.
 Cut into bars.  Store in refrigerator.
