                    Rice Krispie Butterscotch Chips

  6      ounces        butterscotch chips
  4      cups          Rice Krispies
  6      ounces        semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2  cup           confectionery sugar, sifted
  2      tablespoons   butter
    1/2  cup           peanut butter
  1      tablespoon    water

Melt butterscotch chips with peanut butter at low heat until blended,
cool.  Add Rice Krispies to mixture.  Press 1/2 of mixture in
buttered 8x8 pan.  Chill in the refrigerator.

Combine chocolate chips, sugar, butter and water.  Stir over hot
water until well blended.  Spread over chilled cereal mixture.
Spread remaining cereal mixture over top.  Chill 10 minutes before
cutting into squares.
